In this project we extended a 1930s semi in York. The ground floor was revolutionised with a stunning kitchen and living space. The rear wall is now almost entirely glass offering an impressive transition between home and garden.
This was done through the tricky times of covid!
Townhouse living suited Kierans growing family offering space for for individual time as well as family space however the family expanded and changed more space was needed. A large unused loft was the obvious answer. This could become a bedroom or shared family space and would give the house a lot of options.

This terrace house in York is the home of Ruth and Rich. They decided a refresh of the downstairs living room was in order so AG Developments and Construction were the chosen builders to transforming their home with an extension, open plan kitchen and amazing living space.
